Hi, I’m Kristi. I moved to Prescott from Southern California in 2004 and quickly knew this was home.

Before entering real estate, I built Achieve Employment Services from the ground up, growing it into a team of 15, managing eight State of Arizona contracts, and helping individuals with disabilities find meaningful employment. That experience taught me the importance of listening carefully, advocating fiercely, and always working toward the best possible outcome.
